We do not require users to create an account, register an email address, or enter phone numbers. However, when utilizing certain features of the App, technical data and device identifiers may be automatically collected:
- Device Identifiers & Telemetry: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, connection status (WiFi/Cellular), and network operator information used for application stability and responsiveness.
- FCM Token (Push Notifications): Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens to deliver educational tips, updates, and essay additions.
- Document Scanning (ML Kit): The in-app document scanner processes images strictly locally on your device via Google Play Services ML Kit. No scanned essays, photos, or personal files are transmitted to or stored on our external servers without your affirmative intent.
2. Advertising & Commercial Disclosures (Google AdMob)
This App is supported by advertisements to keep educational resources free for all students. We partner with Google AdMob to serve digital banner and interstitial advertisements.
- Google Advertising ID (AAID): AdMob may collect and process your Android Advertising ID, IP address, and device attributes to serve relevant ads, detect invalid traffic, prevent click fraud, and monitor ad performance.
- Families & Student Safety: Because our audience includes secondary school students (typically ages 13 to 18), we restrict AdMob to serve family-safe, non-sensitive educational ads. Content related to gambling, alcohol, adult themes, and sensitive products is strictly blocked.
- Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You may opt out of interest-based ads or reset your advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete or Reset advertising ID.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
The App integrates third-party SDKs operated by trusted infrastructure providers that comply with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy regulations:

4. Log Data & Crash Analytics
In the event of an error or application crash, diagnostic data ("Log Data") is generated. This information may include your device IP address, device name, OS version, timestamps, and stack traces. It contains no personally identifiable documents.
5. Children's and Students' Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K / PDPA)
Our services are directed toward high school students and lifelong learners. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable data from children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete such records.
6. Data Security
We employ industry-standard technical measures to safeguard information received. However, no transmission over the Internet or electronic storage mechanism can be guaranteed to be 100% invulnerable.
Part B: Terms of Use
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to download and utilize Karangan Cemerlang SPM Lite for non-commercial, personal study purposes.
2. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Fair Use Disclaimer
- Educational Fair Use: Essay frameworks, sample writing, idioms (peribahasa), and structural tips are gathered, curated, or submitted by educators and students solely for educational reference, academic study, and examination guidance under Fair Use principles.
- Non-Affiliation: This App is an independent educational tool created by Ticherhaz. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia - KPM) or the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate (Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia - LPM). "SPM" is referenced descriptively for curriculum alignment.
- DMCA / Copyright Removal Notice: We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any essay or material within this App infringes upon your copyright, please notify us with verifiable ownership documentation at ticherhaz@gmail.com. Verified items will be removed expeditiously.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, extract, or scrape database essays or source code for commercial redistribution.
- Interfere with ad presentation or engage in artificial ad-clicking practices.
- Deploy automated bots, spiders, or malicious code against our Firebase or backend systems.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While every effort is made to provide high-standard essay samples, we do not warrant that all content is free from typographical errors, nor do we guarantee specific grade outcomes in official examinations.

- Google 广告标识符 (AAID)： AdMob 可能会读取您设备的广告标识符、IP 地址及相关设备数据，以用于防范虚假点击（Click Fraud）、统计广告展示次数及提供合规广告服务。
- 学生与未成年人安全保障： 鉴于本应用用户主要为中学生（通常为13至18岁），我们已在 AdMob 控制台中严格启用安全过滤，严禁展示赌博、酒精、成人或不适合青少年的敏感类别广告。
- 关闭个性化广告： 您可随时前往 Android 手机系统设置停用个性化广告或重置广告 ID：设置 > Google > 广告 > 删除或重置广告标识符。

- 教学合理使用声明 (Fair Use)： 本应用内收录的精选范文、写作大纲、优美词句及谚语（Peribahasa），均整理自教育者分享、公开参考范例或学生投稿，仅用于考试复习、学术启发与学术参考目的。
- 非官方机构声明： 本应用为独立教育辅助工具，与马来西亚教育部（KPM）或马来西亚考试局（LPM）无任何官方隶属或授权关系。“SPM”字样仅用于客观描述课程对应考试。
- 侵权投诉与移除机制 (DMCA)： 我们充分尊重知识产权。如任何版权拥有方认为本应用内收录之范文涉及版权争议，请附带有效权利证明电邮至 ticherhaz@gmail.com，我们将在核实后第一时间进行修改或下架删除。
3. 禁止用户行为
使用本应用时，严禁从事以下活动：
